Nothing herein or elsewhere shall ever constitute Alpine Group and any Independent Associate as employee/employer, partners, or joint ventures. All Alpine Group 'Associates' in the United States and Europe shall have no relationship to each other, or to Alpine Group, other than specifically set forth in their individual contracts.

Alpine Group is not responsible or liable for the behavior of any company to which Alpine Group may make a Brokered client referral for the purpose of receiving marketing commissions. All such companies have warranted that they are legitimate and can fulfill their responsibilities in a timely manner to such referral clients. Any damages or losses, if any, are the full responsibility of the company and the client to which they entered into an agreement.
       Neither shall they, under any circumstances, hold Alpine Group responsible for what transpires between them and the client referral. However, Alpine Group retains full marketing and commission rights payable for all sales to referral clients, and any collateral sales, in perpetuity.
